How the MTG credit system works
The MTG Auto Sport credit system allows you to top up your account in advance and pay for your File Service orders with it, while enjoying exclusive benefits.

The principle in one sentence
€1 topped up = 1 credit, which can be used on your File Service orders.
How it works, in 4 steps
- I top up my balance from the “My Wallet” tab of my account, with my bank card or PayPal.
- I receive bonus credits automatically depending on the amount topped up (see table below).
- I choose my services (File Service) as normal on the site.
- I pay with my credits at checkout, and I also benefit from an immediate discount.

The additional discount when paying with credits
In addition to the bonus credits received on top-up, you benefit from an immediate discount when you pay with your credits:
- Customers: -5% on the order total
- Partner Garages: -10% on the order total
The rules to know
- Your credits never expire.
- Credits are not refundable in euros: they work like a credit note, except in the cases provided for inArticle 7 of the T&Cs.
- Credits can only be used on File Service services.
- You can still pay by bank card or PayPal at any time; this system is optional.
Frequently asked questions
Can I get my credits back in euros?
No, credits are not refundable, except in the cases provided for in Article 7 of the T&Cs (14-day withdrawal if no credit has been used, or cessation of business). They remain available in your account for your future orders.
Do my credits expire?
No, there is no expiry date.
Can I use my credits on products other than File Service?
No, the credit system is currently reserved for File Service.
How do I check my balance?
Your balance is shown on your account dashboard, in the "My Wallet" tab, and directly on the File Service product page.
