As is – The ECU is supplied as is, with the original vehicle immobiliser. You are responsible for carrying out the programming. Intended for professionals and private customers with the necessary equipment.
Cloning – We transfer the data from your original ECU to this ECU, which is then sent back to you ready to fit. No programming or diagnostic tool session is required, and your original parameters are retained.
Immo Off – The ECU is supplied with the immobiliser disabled, ready to fit. No diagnostic tool session or programming is required to start the engine.
How cloning works
- You place your order by selecting the Cloning service.
- You send us your original ECU using the label we provide (Mondial Relay or Chronopost Shop2Shop). Shipping to our workshop is at our expense.
- We transfer your data to the ECU and send it back to you. Return shipping costs are at your expense and paid when ordering.
Lead time: allow approximately one week from receipt of your ECU. Your original ECU must be readable : if its data cannot be extracted, cloning is technically impossible. In that case, contact us and we will look at an alternative solution together.
Important: compatibility
Compatibility is only guaranteed on a vehicle fitted with part number 04L907309R exactly the same. This ECU comes from a vehicle with a DSG automatic gearbox : it is not suitable for a manual gearbox version. Always check the part number printed on your original ECU before ordering.
As is and in Immo Off, the injector correction values stored in this ECU are those of the original engine: re-adapting them on the recipient vehicle is the buyer's responsibility. With Cloning, the values from your original ECU are carried over, so no re-adaptation is necessary.
